What is the ProSelf App?
We are living in a time, where our desire for happiness faces continuous uncertainty day by day, due to the world that embraces us. Do not feel bad, it is normal that during such times, we are sad, stressed, confused, anxious or angry. During these days, we must be especially strong mentally, physically, emotionally and we need to feel to belong to someone and to somewhere. Our ProSelf programme supports you with personalized activities tailored to your objectives. The first step of this programme is a questionnaire, measuring your current WELL-BEING level. Based on the results and the goals, you set for yourself, exercises from different areas will be suggested to you. The questionnaire and the exercises have been developed by psychologists and are based on scientific knowledge from the areas of positive psychology and health psychology. You can also search for friends in the neighbourhood with similar interests and can talk or organise events with them.

Positive thinking can help with stress management and can even improve your health. Indeed, some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management.
